An interdisciplinary engagement of borders and migrations, steeped in history. Encompassing the proposed border wall, the three Trump travel bans, and refugee restrictions, Prof. Bender focused on Latin America and the U.S.-Mexico border, while instructing on histories and identifying myths from the contentious and longstanding debates over culture, security, and material prosperity.
